Journey To A Dream

This true story begins in the sixties, and describes the difficult journey for a family with four small children traveling from St. Louis, Missouri over the Alcan Highway, (dirt road at that time), to the family's arrival in Alaska, just in time to live through the 1964 Alaska earthquake. The search and success in finding land to homestead and the many friends they made along the way.
Adventures with wild animals, sled dogs and the untamed wilderness is a unique true story of survival and conquest. The hardships endured and the joy realized is a lesson in courage for all of us. Truly a "Journey To A Dream".
