Florida Green is a radical environmental group restoring the South Florida beaches by buying up shoreline condominiums and tearing them down. Where does the group get millions of dollars to carry out its plans? Is it mob money? Central Security field agent Rick Fortune must get the answer to these questions. But Rick runs into opposition from an unexpected source, his father. Long missing from Rick's life, Mark Fortune suddenly reappears, hired as a bodyguard for Florida Green founder, Eddie Bassford.
