The economy is not doing so well. High level officials must use drastic measures to ensure that the money flows into the coffers of the government in order to keep things under control. One official decides to call on a group of "tradesmen" to help solve the crisis. These "tradesmen" are mercenaries who fight and kill for their own economic gain. The "business" of war has been initiated. Organized crime will be the first to become affected. Profits from this will form the bridgehead to even more audacious plans. All this for the sole purpose of generating hard cash for the government to prevent its collapse. Who will fall prey to their methods? Where will they strike next? Motivated by personal reasons and business rather than for political reasons, these people are the only hope left for an ailing economy that can not make up the loss through legal means.
