There are TWO very different Book Descriptions for Ashram Tang.

The first is for the general reading public.

It previews the story but does not mention any of the spiritual metaphors... or how and by whom this book was actually written. It also does not mention that April Crawford is a highly adept Open Deep Trance Channel and Medium.

Here is the Book Description for the general public:

"This is a story for people who know that there is more to living than meets the eye.

You will be there with Ashram Tang, going right to the edge of his universe... and yours... and then transcending them both.

Ashram Tang was separated from the others at birth. Ashram Tang was left for dead. But Ashram Tang miraculously survived. No one had ever survived such an ordeal. No one.

When Ashram Tang returned ... some considered him special. Some of the elders considered him a threat to their power and control within the hierarchy. Most just considered him odd.

No one had ever come back from death before... until Ashram Tang.

At first nobody believed him. But Ashram Tang saw something. Ashram Tang KNEW something.

Ashram Tang made a discovery that changed his life... and the world around him... forever.

And... Ashram Tang could not wait to see what would happen next."

Now, this is the Book Description for those who know VERONICA and April Crawford, and it is what I (Allen, as facilitator for April Crawford) tell my friends:

"Ashram Tang was NOT written by April Crawford. It was written in first, final, and only draft by highly evolved nonphysical entities and spirit guides via April Crawford while she was in deep Trance.

During the many writing sessions, April had no idea about what was written, or even if anything was written.

April only knew the story when she read it afterwards.

This story contains many spiritual and metaphysical truths and realizations in the form of allegory and metaphor. With each reading of this book, new ones are discovered by the reader, much as when watching a movie for the second time, new things are discovered that were missed the first time through.

Ashram Tang lives within a reality and a society much like ours today. Some people "get it", but most go about their daily lives in a daze.

There are political structures and individuals and groups that care only about their power and control over the masses.

There are some open minded scholars and thinkers that are skeptical but open to the truth.

There is Ashram Tang, who does not allow the pressures of society to keep him from discovering a greater truth.

Remember, this entire story was written in First, Final, and Only Draft.

It was actually written in two segments.... separated by a period of several years... because we were distracted by other projects in-between.

The second half of the story was written in exactly the same way as the first... and took up right where the first half left off.

It is a great story that draws the reader in from the start. However, in any event, it is also a great example of the nature of consciousness in the way it was written and by whom. It illustrates and communicates the fact that there is so much more to the reality of everyone than meets the eye."
