Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder? The Thoughts in My Mind That Keep Telling Me to do Stupid Things

This is a story about a man who has a problem. You see, he gets these thoughts. They used to bother him to the point where he was wasting hours every day doing what they told me to do. Not important stuff like washing the laundry or cleaning the floor. Stupid things like touching a doorknob several times or stepping on a crack. Every time he did what these thoughts told him to, they would tell him to do them again. He knew there wasn't something right about that even though he knew that these thoughts were ridiculous. They bothered him for a long time, since he was young. Fortunately he managed to find different methods of handling them. Some good and some useless. In the end he managed to pull through and now he has a much better way of dealing with them to the point where only a negligible amount of time every day is spent thinking about them. Hopefully this book can inspire and give hope to people who have those same thoughts.
