On the Admission of Women to the Rights of Citizenship

Marie-Jean-Antoine-Nicolas Caritat, Marquis de Condorcet , (1743 - 1794) was a French philosopher, mathematician, and author. He was very much involved in the French Revolution, and was elected to the Assemblee. He authored On the Admission of Women to the Rights of Citizenship in 1790 in support of women’s suffrage.
