"To Grandmothers House We Go" cookbook is 4 generations old. A combination of early European and American cuisine. It has 50 menus including the holidays: New Years,Christmas,and Thanksgiving and 47 Sunday Dinners. It totals more than 300 individual recipes. The menus are fascinating and were intended to feed large groups dictating an era when it was quite common to entertain up to 25 people on one afternoon. This cookbook would be considered a collectors item. As one reads through the cookbook, you will note oven temperatures absence such as Fahrenheit degrees leaving one with hot and warm temperatures.
