Mudfog and Other Sketches [Illustrated]

"Mudfog and Other Sketches" by Charles Dickens was originally published between 1837 and 1838. It tells of the proceedings of the fictional "The Mudfog Society for the Advancement of Everything." It takes place in the fictional town of Mudfog, which was based on Chatham in Kent, where Dickens spent part of his youth.
