The year is 1717 and along the Swedish - Russian border the two countries are at war. The Russian army has the Swedes cut off from reinforcements and surrounded. Mystery, intrigue and adventure follow the young man as he visits far away lands and people.
You’ll meet Sarah, the woman of Pedrick’s dreams. Tonga, the Mongolian cook and overseer of Alliaska the property Pedrick acquires through fortune on the battlefield. There is also a family of talented mutes who are adept in pewter and silver. Neighboring bold Cossacks and of course there is the Russian royalty.
