EDWARD CORREIA served in the Clinton Administration as Special Counsel to the President for Civil Rights where he was a senior legal adviser to the President regarding civil rights laws and constitutional issues. He was appointed by President Clinton to the National Council on Disability. Correia served as Scholar in Residence at the Federal Trade Commission and was a Professor of Law at Northeastern University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and serves as Co-Chair of its Public Policy Committee. Correia is currently an Adjunct Professor at American University's Washington College of Law.
