Suspect Saints

It is December 1999 and there is talk of the Y2K bug causing all of civilization to crash. If that does not occur, then Sgt. Eddie Ryan of the Miami Beach Police Department has to only worry about half a million drunks celebrating the New Year on his beat and a robber who is pistol-whipping tourists...and his wife having their first child...and a man they keep arresting who keeps escaping and can feed multitudes, walk on water, and rise from the dead. This guy who calls himself "Josh," but claims to be Jesus Christ-on vacation, seems harmless but keeps getting in the way of the busy cop.
