The purpose of this TB is to remove from service all the Tail Rotor Servo Cylinder Assemblies with serial numbers listed in para 8a. These suspect Tail Rotor Servo Cylinder Assemblies will be returned to manufacturer for replacement of the suspect seals and then returned to service. Items will be identified as reworked upon completion by manufacture. Repaired items will be marked seals changed with permanent ink stamp on the flat surface on the input
