The purpose this message is to: (1) Inspect for installation of AFMS or equivalent fuel monitoring capability on aircraft with the hard points required for installing the external fuel tanks. (2) Restrict fueled ERFS operations to those aircraft that are configured with the capability to provide fuel level quantity and fuel indication on each individual installed external fuel tank.
