Wayne Bryce is a fearless adventurer addicted to dangerous open sea yacht racing. He will also engage in any risky adventure, regardless of the danger, or the affect his reckless behavior has on those who care about him. Because of his selfish nature and foolish penchant for risk taking, he has hurt and disappointment all those close to him, especially his neglected wife. Yet, Wayne has no control over his bad behavior. Ever since he was a young child, he has been under the supernatural influence of a phantom from long-ago ... a phantom that is protecting him while he atones for the sins of his father.
