180 Days: How Ineffective Leadership Can Ruin an Excellent School

While working for the Atlanta Public Schools System as a teacher, Ms. Younginer observed things she felt needed to be documented. 180 Days is the result of a yearlong journal she kept which focuses on decisions being made by the ineffective leadership in her school as well as that of her district, and how those decisions ruined a school once named a Georgia School of Excellence.
