The Defenders Book One: Change of Venue

Homeless veterans in Baltimore are found with their internal organs missing. The police department is stumped, and the Department of Defense has gotten involved, especially after a high-ranking war hero has gone off the map without a trace. A lawyer, an ex-judge, a pair of homicide detectives, and even the President of the United States have joined forces to bring down this evil organization before the Arlington National Cemetery has new permanent residents.
