Contemplations by the Creek

These Essays, Articles and Stories address numerous issues and ideas. Some are pure fiction for the sake of entertainment; some are heavily opinionated; and some are simple observations of things we too often take for granted or simply don’t notice. Each should require just three to five minutes reading time, making them great “time fillers” when waiting almost anywhere for almost anything, yet each will reveal new subtleties of meaning with each subsequent reading, should you care to re-read them.
Think of each article as a “snack on the literary buffet”. They are not intended to exhaustively cover, nor provide a balanced discussion of, any topic. This unilateral perspective is designed to make this book one of the few places in the world where you still can find rational thought, irrational opinion, and genuine entertainment all in the same place. If you don’t react strongly – pro or con - to at least one of these articles, you might want to check your pulse!
