Nick's career started in 1967 in the UK as a singer and musician. Even though he started out doing punk rock and new wave it was only a couple of years before he switched to performing country and blues-rock genres of music.
As a musician Nick plays piano, guitar, bass guitar and harmonica.
He has produced among others the first five albums of Elvis Costello including My Aim is True and This Year's Model.
Currently his latest album is The Old Magic which is comprised mostly of wonderful, dreamy ballads. Even after all these years the album truly shows Nick is still a real good singer and recording artist.
