Heaven

This is one topic that is thoroughly discussed by many different people and
many religions. Some people question whether there is a Heaven and Hell, or
do we just die and that’s the end? The Bible is very clear about both places,
and it also describes how to get into Heaven and who goes to Hell. Heaven is
the home for all those that have accepted the Lord Jesus as savior in their life,
and Hell is for all those that have rejected the only Son of God and His grace.
The Bible teaches us that every one of us will spend eternity in Heaven or Hell
and there is no end to eternity -- that means we will be there forever! Our time
on earth is small compared to the time we will spend in Heaven, the Bible
tells us. “Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your
life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth
away.” We must spend our time on earth wisely and live for God so we can
store up treasures in Heaven, instead of wasting a lot of time searching for
earthly riches that will last only for a moment. Again, the only people that
will be in Heaven will be those that have washed their sins in the blood of
the lamb of God Jesus Christ. The Bible calls it being born-again of the Spirit!
Heaven is a place of peace and rest, a place where we will be with the Lord
forever and He shall “wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
