Quan, a rea street savvy hustler, hooks up with a major player, Krispy, duping him into believing he was the only ally who was ready to make smoke in the city after Krispy's shipment got jacked. Quan had a strung Krispy along, but the whole intent behind the hoodship was a fraudulent attempt to get the information that he need to make a major move on Ship and the rest of Ship's team.
