This is a dialogue among three Sicilians regarding the economic and social role of the Inquisition in Sicily. Some argue in favor of keeping the Tribunal intact others want to see it abolished. The three men engage in a spirited dialogue that reveals much about the character of Sicilians and their vision of life.
