An Antarctic Mystery by Jules Verne

AN ANTARCTIC MYSTERY is a sequel to Edgar Allan Poe's bizarre adventure THE NARRATIVE OF ARTHUR GORDON PYM OF NANTUCKET. Set in the sub-Antarctic and in Antarctica, the story follows the adventures of an expedition to the Kergulen Islands and then south to Antarctica, where they discover survivors of an earlier doomed expedition.
