This book is my life… It began with my roles as daughter, wife and mother. But as I began to explore the possibilities for a new way of life for myself it came clear that something, or more to the point, someone, was missing. That someone was me! Who was I?
As I moved forward in my determination to define myself, a growing awareness of an inner strength that I had never experienced before began to take hold. I can only describe it as a confidence that allowed for real change.
Where and how any of us will be happy living out our journey depends on the place where we feel most comfortable – where we feel a sense of connectedness. This place and these choices are where we will find that we are the most free to be our true selves.
