Kaleidoscope is the rollicking tale of one woman’s roller-coaster ride through Baltimore’s back streets, corridors of power, and historic buildings during the twenty years prior to her founding of Greenbuilders, Inc. (www.greenbuilders.com). New to Baltimore in 1984 and newly sober, Dr. Polly Bart broke into the tightly locked up world of multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals. During the next twenty years she rocketed from highs to lows and back again along with the city and the nation, meeting a colorful cast of characters typical of the place and time, and leaving her mark on a city she came to love.
