A shady bit of road in a tiny southwest town, Briarcliff Lane is home to some of the most colorful characters of Gonzales, Texas. There's Harvey, the new museum curator who attempts to cover up a silly mistake, and then watches helplessly as things spiral out of control. His wife, Julie, obsessed with magazines and window coverings, organizes a block party to welcome a newcomer.
