The Hobgoblin Bell Strikes Twelve

This is a mystical tale for the dead of winter, long after Christmas is past.
It is about a bell, intended for a great cathedral, that won't ring, a little orphan girl who arrives at a workhouse because her father has been hanged for a crime he did not commit, and a magical stranger. The entire story takes place during the
course of a mysterious winter snowstorm.
