Handbook on the Reporting of Induced Termination Of Pregnancy

This contains instructions for persons with responsibilities for completing and filing reports of induced terminations of pregnancy (induced abortions). It pertains to the 1989 revision of the U.S. Standard Report of Induced Termination of Pregnancy as modified in 1996 by the Division of Reproductive Health, National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion and the 1992 revision of the Model State Vital Statistics Act and Regulations. This handbook is intended to serve as a model for adaptation by any vital statistics registration area.
