Handbook on Marriage Registration

This contains instructions for persons with responsibilities for completing and
filing certificates of marriage. It pertains to the 1989 revision of the U.S. Standard License and Certificate of Marriage and the 1977 revision of the Model State Vital Statistics Act and Regulations. This handbook is intended to serve as a model for adaptation by any vital statistics registration area.
