Published originally for publisher Apex Book Company over the course of two years, "Life As An Artist In Repose" is a look at the trials and tribulations of daily life as an artist. From working with customers in a gallery, to dealing with others who steal work, an artist's life is not always easy. Author and published artist Russell Dickerson takes a look at being an artist in a modern world, avoiding the worst practices of the publishing genres, and trying to continue creating artwork as a way of life.

Dickerson talks about a number of subjects that artists see in their working world, including:
