RADIATION WIPEOUT

A crime fighter is caught up in a murder case that soon escalates into a theft of plutonium pellets from a hospital and the death of most of the residents of a small Oregon town. But that was just a test to see if the plan for a monstrous threat to the Portland Rose Festival parade could be turned into a $5 million payoff. Our crime fighter hero and the Portland Police Department stage a campaign to smoke out the twisted killer and at last stalk him on his own Oregon commune.
