Barbara McCormack has lived in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, Savannah, and Phoenix. Along the way she enjoyed the local ingredients and specialties of each area. Opening and operating an open-air market in Lake Forest, Illinois, for seven years with her sister allowed Barbara to grow her own specialty vegetables and create her line of breads, muffins, soups, and salad dressings. These imaginative recipes celebrate that journey. This is her second cookbook.
