The Works of President Edwards, in Ten Volumes: Volume 1

This is the first American edition of the ten-volume set of writings of the great American theologian, Jonathan Edwards. It was originally published in 1808. Volume 1 includes:

1. Memoirs of the Late Jonathan Edwards
2. Farewell Sermon at the Church at Northampton, Preached June 22, 1750.
3. Result of a Council at Northampton, June 23, 1750.
4. A Humble Inquiry concerning the qualifications for membership in the visible Christian church.
5. Misrepresentations Corrected, and Truth Vindicated. A Reply to Rev. Solomon Williams.
