I am convinced that spiritual warfare is being waged on a much grander scale than we have previously imagined. Battle lines have been drawn and strongholds have been established. Unless we sharpen our skills at spiritual warfare and develop the spiritual gift of discernment to new heights, we will not be making a significant impact on the world or in stemming the tide of the enemy’s assault on us, our families, and our churches. Our ancient enemy, the devil, has declared war and is attacking relentlessly. In order to battle effectively, we must learn to judge the spirits, and always love the people.
