Lost Angeles

Doctor Joseph Barnes was happy being an overpriced psychoanalyst to the stars, until his wife was murdered. Since then, his life has been a mess. One miserable morning, his old friend from the LA County Sheriff's office calls him to offer a job to help find a missing woman and help his niece with a few free sessions.

Joe doesn't yet know that taking this job will put him in more danger than he has ever known, and will make a real difference in many lives along the way.

Set in Los Angeles during one of the worst rain storms in the city's history, the deluge does nothing to wash away the crime in Joe's beloved city. But, for one night, Joe has the power to do the right thing and for once in a great while, maybe the good guys will win.
