Burt knows he should be happy living a stone's throw from the Pacific in the surburbs of Southern California with a beautiful wife. But he isn't. It seems the passion's gone out of his marriage plus he feels trapped as an agent at Wind & Sea Realty in Carlsbad. What to do? He's certainly been getting interest from co-agents, including the blonde vixen Nikki who flirts with him in Cubicle Purgatory. Then he spots Minerva at Food For Less and everything changes.
