On the verge of her 25'th birthday, Kandy is planning her 69th and final kill. Kandy is a transvestite super hero of sorts who preys on the depraved evil-doers who prowl Miami, FL. Her final victim to end her reign of death is known as Mickey the Ripper, or Mickey Torentello. Unfortunately things go wrong and Kandy is forced to modify her plans, and quickly, before the tables are turned and she ends up swimming with the fishes.
