Gluten has been recognized as a huge problem to the health of many. I started living gluten-free just last year and one of the most difficult things is to find good gluten-free bread. By good I mean with the texture and flavor I have become accustomed to. However, I am not willing to settle for what is in the stores - in their freezers. I have decided to try my hand at making my own bread at home. I feel a sea of people out there who have come to the same conclusion. Also when I shop for ready make desserts they have sugar and I do not eat sugar. So cooking my own bread has 2 benefits, I get what I want without the added sugar.
