And that couldn't be further from the truth. Otherwise, I wouldn't have written what I did.
You see, I don't teach a "method" or a "process."
What I teach, as one of my readers brought up is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE in how you relate to food. Whatever method you use to accomplish that change is totally up to you and with my book, you are given the latitude to do just that. Which is why what I've written tends to be unique from all the other books out there.
I don't know about you, but I'm not interested in living the rest of my life in a constant battle with food. And based on what I've developed for myself, I don't. I've got better things to do. Food, though not exactly my "buddy, buddy" friend certainly isn't my enemy either. Bottom line, we've successfully come to terms with each other and I couldn't be happier.
Bottom line, I had to find something that would fit my lifestyle, my budget and my level of inclination to do the whole thing in the first place.
