Souvenirs of Paris (Part I)

A souvenir typically means (to remember). But what if I told you that what I've learned is what is I leave behind and take with me. In March of 2011, I thought I went to Paris to go to a Cookbook Fair and apply to study as a culinary artist with the renowned Cordon Bleu Cooking School. The seed that started my journey to Paris came from a surprisingly sweet source. Then in March of 2012, I thought I was going to Paris with my daughter Sara for the Gourmand International Awards Ceremony and the International Cookbook Fair, to make friends, to learn, and I was right….
