A Contagion of Loons

Fish & Wildlife investigator, Rhoda Deerwalker, stumbles on a nasty survivalist militia in Wisconsin's great north woods. The danger posed by the militia pales before the insane ambitions of their bio-terrorist masters whose deadly plot to infect the world with bird flu leads to danger, excitement and death.
