MELTDOWN

This is set in a slightly alternative universe for security reasons. The nuclear power plant at Indian Springs is a hard target and for that reason, domestic terrorists styling themselves a Patriot Militia decide to attack and take it over. Caught in the center of the unfolding events is Jimmy Berger, aging hippie, science fiction fan and the best operating engineer they have. Can the contract security guards protecting the plant keep the terrorists from taking it over and creating a meltdown that threatens hundreds of thousands? Can Berger resist interrogation when he is kidnapped to give the terrorists inside information?
