Meryl's Commitment

Meryl Chamblee is just starting out in the field of architectural design having landed a dream job with one of the premier design firms in Atlanta. Though she is committed to her career she also had vowed to preserve her family home in St. Clair on the south Georgia coast. Both her commitments are soon challenged. A mysterious tycoon is buying up property surrounding her family's home and, to her surprise she encounters the very same person meeting with her boss! Meryl has to juggle her commitments with new found emotions and opportunities that she discovers after meeting the "drop dead gorgeous" tycoon who she believes has ulterior motives -- he professes to be drawn to her but she can't overcome the thought that all he wants is her family's property.
