Fairy Tales

In the early 1800s, Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm compiled hundreds of ancient and classic European folk tales into one giant collection. From "Red-Riding Hood," "Cinderella," "Hansel and Gretel," "Snow White," "The Frog Prince," to the many, many more, these stories have become completely inundated into our culture, after being retold, performed, adapted, and reinvented countless times.

This collection includes over 150 of those stories, mostly taken from an early translation that hews maintains much of the intended humor and occasional gruesomeness of the original German, as well as illustrations and classic artwork inspired by these tales.
