A BLESSING IS IN SIGHT

I am forty-two years old. I live in Nashville, TN, with my family.

I have always had a love for books, poems, writing and music. Mom told me when I was young (just a baby) I would spread the newspaper on the floor and lay on it just like I was reading it. She said, as I read, I would laugh at the funny page and when I read something serious I would say, "hum." She said I always asked questions everywhere I went, like, what did something say and for her to explain what a word meant. I remember going places with her and spelling words and asking her what they said.

I was talking before I was one, going to preschool when I was two, and reading and writing by the time I was four. I started writing poetry when I was five. I write poems, books, and songs. I enjoy reading and listening to music.

Nothing is more beautiful than written words, but a person that can put them together to say something wonderful.
