The Fifth Number

A woman who leaves the suburbs of D.C. to live with her drug addicted sister in the Appalachian Mountains, discovers her infatuation with her sister’s neighbor has given birth to a deadly curse. The curse comprises five phases and is derived from the book of Baloch, a legendary book of spells, which purportedly originated in ancient Babylonia, and which will lead to her death unless she finds a way to destroy the demon behind it.
