But there is a growing population of people who are saying "enough", and actively looking at ways to live differently. This is a symptom of the coming accelerated expansion in consciousness.
We are living and breathing here on Earth at the end of an Age; a huge cycle of time. Actually, many cycles are completing now, and it is not the purpose of this book to describe them all. But at the end of an Age, we know that things change, and we are now seeing change on a scale unprecedented in our known history. It's not that we haven't seen changes in the past, or societal upheavals, or governmental and economic collapse. The difference is that we are seeing all this and much more, simultaneously.
The purpose of this book is to explore the effect of the 2012 window on the evolving human. We are in the midst of this change now.
Vicki Ludovico has been studying and teaching about human consciousness in multiple forms for many years. The term "human potential" always resonated with her, and she was intrigued by the scientific claims that we only use a tiny fraction of our DNA, and only about 10-15% of our brain capacity. That just shouted "potential"! So about six years ago when serious discussions began to surface regarding 2012, she started reading and researching everything she could find on the subject. Yes, the good, the bad, the outrageous and the scary. She came to the conclusion that there is every reason to believe that something really big is coming our way. We absolutely need to prepare for it. And we certainly will want to be informed.
This is an opportunity unlike any other for many thousands of years. The future of our world and all of its inhabitants is incredible. The fear mongers who are warning of gloom and doom may truly feel that they know the end is near. From the author’s point of view, they are mistaken, misinformed, or malicious. But you have to decide for yourself. That is the decision at the fork in the road.
