My mind was reeling and I couldn’t believe what was happening to me, to Stevie, to all of us. In the span of one short phone call we went from a busy sports minded family to a world controlled by Cancer. As we embarked upon this path we were overwhelmed with love, support, and the glorious side of human nature. When it is determined that his cancer is not curable the generosity of his community becomes awe-inspiring. What follows is an unbelievable demonstration of unselfish acts. Family, friends, neighbors, acquaintances, and complete strangers join forces to enhance this precious time as Stevie faces the end of life
