Mended Heart

Anesta is a woman who has been through hurtful times and is holding anger and hate that turns into bitterness. She can’t seem to shake it off. God has been trying to help her, but she is blind and can’t see what He is trying to do, because of the condition of her heart. She decides to take her daughter Moe, who is a very wise young girl, and leave the memories behind and move to another state, where she meets a very handsome young man named Mike and his family that God starts using to help her to overcome. A chain of events slowly starts chipping away at the walls of the bitterness that is in her heart. She fights to keep her walls up, but the love and kindness she experiences is stronger than her fighting and suddenly she finds herself falling in love and not even realizing it. Every now and then old memories pop up and she regains hardness, but what God is doing for her is stronger than her memories. When her parents Rosetta and Ricky, and her son, Al moves in with her it creates great joy and laughter but soon her Dad becomes very sick now creating great anxiety and fear of losing him. Just when she thought it was going to get better it takes a turn for the worse. She strives to hold on while helping others to deal with their issues as God is mending her heart.
