An Unlikely Angel

Nate Williams starts his day with the long anticipated plan
of firing his prized antique rifle. However, when he takes a
carefully aimed target shot his typical day off suddenly takes
a huge turn. When the echo of the powerful rifle goes silent
he realizes is not where he is supposed to be. To add to his
confusion a beautiful lady now holds his gun and it’s pointed in
his direction. When he is able to see past her beauty he notices
her clothing looks to be from the 1800s.

Bewildered by it all he recalled an old letter he found in the
gun case and thought it might have something to do with it all.
Then a visit from a stranger changes the course of everything.
However, he had always wondered if there were really angels
among us.

Rebecca looked at the bare shelves of the old pantry and knew
time was running out for her. She had been brought to the
remote cabin by her father to wait out the war. However,
months had passed and she had not heard any word from her
father or her fiancé. With her supplies running out, the old
rifle that had sat in the corner gathering dust was her last hope
if she was going to survive.
