Carpe Diem

In what turns out to be a failed attempt to put years of political peril and personal danger behind them, Rance and his wife Mac fly to their Castle de Molay that clings to the cliffs of southern Spain overlooking the angry Atlantic Ocean. An ancient journal bequeathed to Rance by the recently deceased last Knight Templar, along with the responsibility to seize the day, will plunge Rance, his wife, and friends into a world of mystery, adventure, and danger, extending to Scotland, Ethiopia, Nova Scotia, and back to Spain.
